Gamasutra reports that American McGee, creator of the gleefully disturbing Alice, has announced that he'll be bringing his new project, Grimm, to GameTap. Based on the classic Grimm's fairy tales, the game will be delivered as a 24-part episodic series, beginning some time in 2008. McGee, however, has taken down any mention of the game from his blog, saying:

Uh, forget I said anything about the new game. Apparently I wasn’t supposed to let any cats out of any bags just yet. So… nothing to see here. Move along.

Le whoops. Still, the concept art looks pretty damn cool, no?
