There's not a lot at West Texas A&M University for technology fiends, but the dusty plains of the panhandle are perfect for making wild pronouncements about product launches. AT&T Wireless CEO Stan Sigman declared at the college's commencement address on Saturday that next month's iPhone launch will be "the largest commercial product launch in the history of electronics."
