Details are scant on who actually did this, but let it be a lesson to you all to a) buy insurance and b) don't order delicate equipment from idiots.
The sources seem to think that this was shipped out via mail order, but it looks more likely to me that this set was returned by a rather lazy/dumb customer. Either way, it's pretty painful to look at.
