Tim Burton meshed with Steampunk, French artist Stephane Halleux creates the most incredible engines and robots; delicately proportioned, balanced upon spoked iron wheels and delicate brass appendages, covered in corrosion and rust.
The phenomenal steampunk blog Brass Goggles aptly describes Stephane's style as "a cross between Nightmare Before Christmas and The City of Lost Children... and what a very good combination that is."
Incredible work. Stephane should release an action figure line for myimaginary kids to play with: I think it's important to inure small children to the Cult of Steampunk early in life.
