Business 2.0 blog is reporting on the most extravagant model yet, a "14 Kart SolidGold" iPhone, for just $10,000.

Iphone-SolidgoldOne of the gripes we hear most about Apple's new iPhone is that it is "too expensive". Take a look on eBay and you'll find that not everybody thinks so. A quick search shows bids of up to $1250 (on a sale which ends in two days).

The funny thing is, a lot of these are being sold by eBayers with high (98%+) ratings. Sure, some of these are the usual scams, involving clever wording to trick the buyer into laying down some cash for a cardboard box, but a lot of them are pre-order auctions - legal under eBay rules.

Business 2.0 blog is reporting on the most extravagant model yet, a "14 Kart SolidGold" iPhone, for just $10,000. The seller, gperks46, also had a 99% positive rating. I say 'had' as he seems to have been banned by ebay after this story broke.

All this frenzy points to one thing, though. Another successful Apple product.
