Lance Ulanoff writes in PC Magazine of how his new Treo 700p is changing his life in ways he'd never imagined.
When I got a smartphone, I went for the fashionable, skinny Moto Q rather than the ugly, capable Treo. The result? It's failing to change my life at all, excepting the mild irritation of the Q's too-slow processor choking on Windows Mobile 5. The hitherto-simple activity of making calls now feels like using an application rather than an appliance. Of course, it is borderline-useless when it comes to anything that relates to the "smart" part of "smartphone."
Tell us about your transition from cellphone to smartphone: the good, the bad, and the ugly.
