Apple's iPhone may yet be weeks from sale, but the lamprey-like makers of cheap peripherals are already trucking revolting pleather cases for it to a mall kiosk near you. EBcases' eNovo iPhone Clip and eCopilot both fit the forthcoming handset and challenge the limits of acceptable drop-capping.
If I was Apple, I would promptly make the phone 2mm wider, just for a laugh. (In all seriousness, the reason we had to wait until May for the case-makers to start selling iPhone wares was to avoid precisely this eventuality)
