You've got to give credit to the plucky Illinois State Tourism Board, which has launched just a hell of a campaign featuring some amazing posters of the tours that the mighty states has to offer... including gigantic golden cows, rampaging dinosaur skeletons and blind albino monster rats. Also, Superman, apparently.
These posters just have some really great designs to them, like pulp paperback covers. Whoever designed them should get a medal for making me more conscious of Illinois' fine attractions. As far as I was aware before now, Illinois was just a massive state filled with Chicago, then 57,918 square miles of blank static.
