
Police in Fresno have arrested Jonquel Brooks, a 19-year-old college freshman suspected of shooting three people in a dispute over video games. Brooks surrendered himself to authorities after a morning of phone calls involving himself, his attorney, his parents, and the police.
According to police, the altercation took place when three associates of Brooks accused him of stealing a Playstation and some games from their apartment. Brooks allegedly opened fire, killing one man and wounding the other two. The shooting took place in Brooks' apartment, but the gun has yet to be recovered.
