Usually cross platform software favors the PC side of the world, and understandably so, it being such a big market. This time, though, the Mac gets the scoop with Apple TV support, not yet available on Windows, although we expect that's just a matter of time.

Finally the SlingPlayer for Mac is with us. We've had a beta around for a while but the 1.0 version was released today. Usually cross platform software favors the PC side of the world, and understandably so, it being such a big market.

This time, though, the Mac gets the scoop with Apple TV support, not yet available on Windows, although we expect that's just a matter of time. So, Slingbox and Mac owners, scoot on over and pick up the free download.
