Pictured here is Sony's diminutive DAV-IS10, a 5.1 home theater system that boasts tiny satellite speakers and a gigantic, tree-uprooting subwoofer. Despite the unusual form factor, each of the little boxes puts out 50 watts.
Hearing this one, I think, will be needed to believe it: it's hard to imagine that odd combination producing a great sound. The system will be $800 in July.
