Most countries get their movie posters from the distributor, which means that you can generally expect the standard glossy, Hollywood design. But Belarus, Europe's last dictatorship, is different. The Belarusian populace seems to favor paintings by local artists on loan from the local Down Syndrome Community Center. The inept results are strangely charming. The example above is for Spy Kids 3D... it's one of the best of the bunch.
