Activision announced 7 of the tracks that will be included in its upcoming "Rocks the 80's" version of Guitar Hero -- the third edition of its addictive virtual guitar series:

  • I Wanna Rock (Twisted Sister)
  • I Ran (Flock of Seagulls)
  • Round and Round (Ratt)
  • I Want Candy (Bow Wow Wow)
  • Metal Health (Quiet Riot)
  • Holy Diver (Dio)
  • Heat Of The Moment (Asia)

Hopefully Activision offers these songs for sale individually through the XBox Live Marketplace, although the new songs are the main allure of the new version (do people care what their guitarist avatar looks like?), so my money's on them not being available except as part of the full purchase.
