No-one got it right.
Everyone and their uncle hit the 3D modeling and paint programs to photoshop themselves a hypothetical iPhone, and no-one even got close to the real thing, as it eventually was designed. Some were beautiful, awe-inspiring, life-editing works of genius. Others were Apple Mighty Mice with iPhone displays crudely cut-and-pasted in.
Gizmodo offers a gallery of the most memorable today; pictured above is the closest "hit" therein, made by a Will Reiher. Someone should make some of these!
