Lawyers representing the plaintiffs in a class action suit against Sony Computer Entertainment America announced today that the company will pay $8.5 million to employees for back overtime wages.
From here out, Sony will classify the job titles Associate Artist and Artist 1 as non-exempt, meaning they will be able to collect overtime pay.
