Intel joins the OLPC board as a world leader in technology, helping reach the world's children. Collaboration with Intel means that the maximum number of laptops will reach children

This is a great move for the chip giant. Instead of being seen as the big bully trying to muscle in on emerging markets, Intel gets a little bit of the do-goder halo effect. Intel looks to be making a business model of these unexpected turnarounds. First the whole Intel-in-Macs surprise, and now this. What next? Intel and AMD in bed together?
