Atari classic Missile Command is getting the "evolved" treatment for its trip to Xbox Live Arcade. Purists will be able to enjoy the classic version, but anyone not wanting to feel quite that retro can enjoy the enhanced graphics, sounds, and special effects.
I'm not normally a fan of the "new and improved" facelift these classic games get, but this sure does look awful purty. The press release we got implies that Missile Command is already available on the Marketplace, but I didn't see it yet. Perhaps it's being pokey.
