Earlier today, we saw the Irish company which claims to have made a free energy machine, re-writing the laws of thermodynamics.
Perpetual motion machines are nothing new, however — the U.S. Patent Office is officially sick of hearing about them — and we're to the point where it's really more a matter of figuring out if it's an honest mistake (it happens: effects at the very edge of detectability are notoriously subject to error), fraud, or art.
In all seriousness, I'm mostly sure it's a Bonsai Kitten-esque hoax/joke, as they have a picture of a Villard de Honnecourt-style "overbalanced wheel" on their homepage, typically wheeled out to mock the pseudoscientific pretensions of "free energy" machine makers, not advertise them.
Every time you gas up your car, or pay an electricity bill, it serves to remind you that this pig will never fly.
