Silicon Knights Files Suit Against Epic

Speaking of Epic, according to Next-Gen, they're being sued by Too Human developer Silicon Knights. Epic's Mark Rein said in an email:

This morning we were served with a lawsuit by Silicon Knights. We believe the claims against us are unfounded and without merit and we intend to fully defend against them.

He didn't go on to explain what the claims were, however, saying instead that "our lawyers want us to save our comments for the courthouse." It may (or may not) be worth noting that Silicon Knights licensesd Epic's Unreal Engine 3 for Too Human.
