AT&T has apologized to music fans for blocking Eddie Vedder's anti-Bush comments during a recent Webcasted performance in Chicago.
As you can see, the firm says that such incidents have never happened before -- and that they're going to make sure that it never happens again.
Yet in another strange coincidence, a fan noted this June on this message board that he thought that a Webcast of the John Butler Trio he heard had also been censored.
The said Webcast can be downloaded here. Check it out for yourself.
Thanks to "Andrea K" -- an angry fan who attended some of the Webcasted performances and alerted the media about her observations -- as my colleague Eliot Van Buskirk notes in his blog post. As Eliot says, if you know any more, drop us a line.
