If you thought the Manhunt 2 saga was over when the game was cut down to an M rating, think again. California state senator Leland Yee sent out a press release today demanding more "transparency" from the Entertainment Software Ratings Board.
Yee is calling for the Federal Trade Commission to launch an investigation into the ESRB, the latest in his string of attempts to involve the government in the ratings and sales of video games. Earlier this month, the California bill that Yee authored that would have outlawed sales of violent video games to minors was ruled unconstitutional by a district court.
