EA's John Riccitiello said yesterday that Spore will be released when it's done, and not a moment before, so shut your pie-holes and quit your whining. Ok, he might not have actually used the term "pie-hole," but it was clearly implied.
Spore is on track to be released in Spring of 2008, but if it's not just right, Riccitiello said, they're not pushing it out the door. Of course, he's in no hurry, since both he and EA Games president Frank Gibeau are already playing it. (For the record, he says they're "enjoying it a great deal.")
