Ea_logo_wt_150Forbes reports this morning that Electronic Arts' voting stake in rival maker Ubisoft has increased to nearly 25%, and now owns over 15% of the company's capital:

Electronic Arts said it reserves the right to raise its stake in
Ubisoft, depending on market conditions, over the next year. It has no plans to seek to nominate board members, but could do so if the [sic] are any major changes in Ubisoft's situation.
