Feds Bust Up Game Pirates, Nintendo: "Yay"

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement said today that federal customs agents had raided 32 homes and businesses across the US, carrying search warrants for pirated video games and hardware.

Immediately following, Nintendo issued a statement to say that they are totally down with that. Says Nintendo's director of anti-piracy:

Nintendo’s anti-piracy team works closely with law enforcement officials worldwide to seize mod chips and counterfeit software. Since April, Nintendo has seized more than 91,000 counterfeit Wii discs globally.
