Ryan Brant, former CEO of Grand Theft Auto publisher Take Two, was sentenced to five years of probation today after being convicted of falsifying business records related to stock options.
Brant, who in the courtroom sketch kind of looks like an older version of Jimmy Hopkins from Bully, cooperated with the Manhattan district attorney's investigation and avoided jail time.
During his probation, Brant will not be allowed to be employed in any "control management" position at any company.
