It was assumed (guessed, hoped) that the new HDMI-equipped 360s would sport the cooler (in all senses of the word) 65nm chip, but it would seem that's not the case.
NeoGAFfer "wonderkins" cracked open his console and discovered that the second verse is pretty much as the same as the first, with the new Premium 360s carrying the 90nm chip.
The motherboard layout is the same as the "Zephyr" that's currently in the Elite. A second heatsink has been added, however, so hopefully your rig will stay as cool as the other side of the pillow.
