GamePolitics is reporting that the gaming industry's frequent adversary, Jack Thompson, seems to be suffering from a heart ailment. Thompson wrote about his condition in a Federal District Court motion:

Plaintiff, at 3 am this day, is suffering what he believes is arrhythmia, from which he has suffered previously, as well as chest pain. This may be a benign condition, or it may be serious. He has had other previous episodes like this induced by stress.

The motion goes on to say that the pains are probably stress-induced (a fair bet...being Thompson can't be very easy) and likely a result of "The Florida Bar’s demand that Thompson be psychiatrically/psychologically evaluated in violation of its own Rules."
