Naughty Dog creative director Dan Arey is leaving the company to take the same post at Ready at Dawn, the folks behind Daxter.

Ready at Dawn was founded by ex-Naughty Doggers and is currently working on God of War: Chains of Olympus for the PSP:

Ready at Dawn reminds me of where we were at Naughty Dog about eight years ago... RAD and my philosophy about character and IP development match very well. Designing visually interesting, compelling, emotionally rich characters, tied inextricably to great gameplay, is something we both love to do.

Arey worked on various Crash Bandicoot and Jak and Daxter titles in his nearly ten years at Naughty Dog, as well as the upcoming Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, which he calls "A great game."
