
A British court has decided not to pursue contempt charges against a Muslim juror accused of hiding headphones under her hijab so she could listen to MP3s while court was in session. The judge was quite sure Ruhela Khanom was not paying full attention to testimony presnted during the murder trial, but prosecutors decided there wasn't enough evidence to charge her. Says Khanom:
