AppleInsider says it has inside word that Apple will extend its network of iPhone dealers by the beginning of the Christimas shopping season, with big box chain Best Buy among the likely beneficiaries. Apple has been pleased with early experiments selling desktops and MacBooks via Best Buy, say the ever-reassuring "people familiar with the matter," and will reward the chain with iPhone inventory as early as September.
