Apple hit another milestone today, with three billion songs sold since the iTunes Store opened its doors back on April 28th, 2003. Sales are accelerating, too. The first billion took almost three years (February 2006), the second just under nine months (January 2007) and this batch took just seven months. At this rate, we'll soon hit the singularity.
Good news for Apple. Unfortunately, today is also the day Eminem decided to sue the company.
