Top-of-the-line are the PowerShot SD950 and SD870 models in the ELPH line, with respective megapixel counts of 12.1 and 8. The SD950 has 3.7x zoom, a 2.5-inch LCD screen, a slick titanium body and price tag of $500. The SD870 has 3.8x zoom, 3-inch LCD screen and a black or silver lens ring, depending on your fashion sense. It's $400, also arriving next month.
