Woman Switches Off iPhone Ringer: Geniuses Can't Switch it Back On

We're not sure which is worse: Blogger "khall356" taking her iPhone back to the Apple Store because the ringer was switched off, or the Apple Store "Genius" who reinstalled the system software twice and still didn't realize he just had to flip the ringer switch to fix the problem. Having lost all her custom settings, address book contacts and the like, khall356 went back to the store the next day, but this time took her husband Chris.
