It's like a day can't go by without some new rumor about the PlayStation 3's price. You've likely already heard the latest: that Sony will introduce a 40 GB, $400 SKU of the console in time for Black Friday.
Well, we know they have to do something once the $500 60 GB models run out. I was thinking they'd just lower the price of the 80 GB version by $100 and be done with it, but word on the street has it that a much more impressive plan is in store.
