This is the art that was commissioned to use on the CD label of the USA release of the game. It is airbrushed on artboard, and framed with a black gloss frame and museum-quality glass to protect the piece from UV fading. The framing and glass alone are worth over $300.

And you know it's real, because it's being sold by Victor Ireland, former head of the defunct company. Along with the rest of his possessions, apparently. Very Gary Coleman of him.
