Capcom wants programmers for its next-generation game engine, called MT Framework. And it's looking for them on the trains.
Siliconera has a shot of a video currently running on Tokyo train lines in which Capcom attempts to recruit game engine programmers as they commute to their current boring programmer job that does not involve Dead Rising in any way.
MT Framework is the next-gen engine crafted for Dead Rising and Lost Planet on Xbox 360; it's since become a multiplatform engine that we'll see next in Devil May Cry 4. Check out Emily's DMC4 interview for more on that.
