It's a bit late, but the demo for (deep breath) *God of War: Chains of Olympus – Special Edition: Battle of Attica *for the PSP is finally on the way. The demo was supposed to be available the first week of September, but Cory Barlog and pals ran a wee bit behind. His post in the official PlayStation Blog was appropriately apologetic:

Yeah, sorry about the long stretch between signing up and getting the demo…but I think it was well worth it! Of course everyone says that about thier own games…so, you know…take that with a grain of salt.

If you signed up for the demo--yes, you had to sign up--you should be receiving your UMD by "carrier harpy" in the next few days.
