The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Rock Band will ship on November 23 at the lower-than-expected price of $170, Wired News learned this morning.
In addition, a PlayStation 2 version of the game will also be released this holiday season. It will be in stores December 10 at a price of $160.
The price of the next-gen console versions of Rock Band wasoriginally set at $200, so this $30 price reduction has got to be great news for all would-be purchasers. And with a PlayStation 2 version inbound, this means that Rock Band is going to make an even bigger splash this holiday.
