Two more companies have made overtures towards buying SCi (aka Eidos): Time Warner and an unnamed Chinese company. The offers follow an "extremely preliminary" offer said to have been made by Ubisoft earlier this month.
Time Warner is a 10% shareholder in SCi. There have also been rumors that EA was interesting in acquiring the company. Could a bidding war be in the future?
The speculation prompted a 5% bump in SCi shares on Friday.
