Scrabble1You can, in fact, make dirty words in Scrabble, and it's totally within the rules as long as they appear in the dictionary. The same goes for Ubisoft's DS version of the game, which a parent in Ireland found out while playing the game with his seven-year-old:

We were stuck trying to find the last five-letter anagram so I hit the give-up option and the term 'lesbo' appeared on the screen. I nearly fell off my chair.

I don't think this is overreacting, considering the game has a "junior" option which is supposed to censor anything not appropriate for kids, but it obviously failed. Ubi admitted as much to the Belfast Telegraph.
