Let's take a look at some footage from the 360 game that's inspired an ugly little lawsuit, Too Human. We have high-speed hacking and slashing, biomechanoid beasties, enormous sci-fi environments, and two guys chatting amiably while one of them totes around what appears to be a severed human head.
