*'s Victor Sullivan has put an antique map up for sale on Craig's List, a map the previous owner claimed once belonged to Sir Francis Drake. This can mean only one thing: it's time for a new ARG!
I must admit, I usually find game-shilling alternate reality games (ARGs) to be too obtuse and pointless for my liking, but throw in a beat-up treasure map and I'm hooked. Both Sullivan's journal and the Craig's List posting draw attention to the "worn-out section in the left hand corner"; a clue, perhaps, or just a red herring? Supposedly this ARG is wicked hard, but we have some pretty damn smart readers here at Casa de Game|Life.
