Big-box retailer Target has pulled all copies of Manhunt 2 from its shelves after hackers found a way to uncensor the game's most violent scenes in the PSP edition.
"While 'Manhunt 2' was given a 'Mature' rating by the ESRB, we received additional information that players can potentially view previously filtered content by altering the game code. As a result, we have decided not to carry the game," said a company statement sent to ABC News.
Mercury News reporter Mike Antonucci says that the game was no longer on the shelves as of today, when he visited a San Jose branch of Target.
