Wainy Days Webisodes: Best Time Suck Ever

It’s a given that almost anything derivative of The State and by formers State-ers is going to be hilarious. So it’s no huge surprise that Wainy Days, an online series of ‘net shorts by David Wain, State graduate, co-writer/director of Wet Hot American Summer and this summer’s spoof hit, The Ten, is pure, unadulterated fun.

If you’re a fan of that brand of ADD-abstraction humor full of non sequiturs, bizarre plot arcs, spontaneous dance routines and filthy outbursts (and really, who isn’t), then you’ll love these online minis.

His latest installment in the series posted Nov. 26,  and it stars Steve Agee (from Sarah Silverman’s show, where he plays her neighbor and Brian Posehn’s partner. Thank Tab!). Episode #13 is written and directed by Ken Marino, who co-wrote The Ten with Wain, and it’s Internet comedy the way it was meant to be — silly, unfiltered, full of sex jokes and catchy tunes and actually LOL-worthy, since, uh, the vid actually makes you laugh out loud.
