No, silly, not that iPhone. Instead, these iPhones are available in the luxury goods store Dollarama in Montreal, made by the famous Electra.

How does this blatant disregard of trademark fly under Apple's radar? Simple. Apple doesn't yet own the iPhone name in Canada, which may be one reason our hockey-loving friends haven't seen the real iPhone yet.

Mind you, the lack of a trademark didn't stop Apple in the US.
