How does this blatant disregard of trademark fly under Apple's radar? Simple. Apple doesn't yet own the iPhone name in Canada, which may be one reason our hockey-loving friends haven't seen the real iPhone yet.
Mind you, the lack of a trademark didn't stop Apple in the US.
