This video, shot back in 1998, shows the suicidal looking “Safety Bike”, built by Mark Dixon. The action starts around halfway through, where you will see the bike-within-a-wheel roll forward when Dixon hits the front brake.
He’s fully suspended inside the frame with bungee cords, but it still looks ridiculously dangerous. And turn the sound down if you are at work: the F-word features early in the clip.
