Susan Decker's worth a lot more today than she was on Thursday. The board of Yahoo gave Decker a 63 percent raise, according to a document filed with the SEC on Nov. 28.
The recently-appointed president will now receive an annual salary of $815,000 with a target cash bonus of 150 percent of her salary, or $1.2 million. Her actual bonus will be determined by the company's performance.
Decker's also getting a healthy serving of options: She's set to receive 300,000 shares of Yahoo stock with a strike price of $26.20 (the stock was most recently trading at around $27); and 210,00 restricted stock units that will vest in Oct. 15, 2008. and Oct. 15, 2009.
Decker, who served as CFO of Yahoo since 2000, received an annual salary of $500,000 in 2006. She was appointed president of Yahoo in June.
