In return, the MLG will hold ESPN co-branded gaming tournaments.
ESPN also intends to launch a section on ESPN.com dedicated specifically to professional gaming. The section is somewhat lacking at the moment, but presumably there is more coming in the future.
Does anyone else get the feeling that "professional gaming" is being "legitimized" every month or so? Every time these people do anything it's said to "finally legitimize professional gaming," and after five years of legitimization efforts you'd think they'd either be legitimate or just give up on the whole thing and go have a sandwich instead.
