Got an Eye-Fi and a Mac? Good news! An upgrade means that the WiFi enabled SD card will send photos straight into iPhoto. You'll also be able to use Safari 3 to configure the card for uploads directly to photo sharing sights.

The 2GB memory card still requires a router-powered network to work, though, so no shooting and sending direct to the computer. And while checking out the FAQ, I came across this curious limitation:

Q: Will the Eye-Fi Card work outside the USA?

A: The Eye-Fi Card is currently only supported in the USA.

What? We guess this is a legal problem regarding wireless spectrum, but it's still pretty odd.
