This small effects box, which "transforms timely events into an analog feedbacked filter network," looks as fun to mess around with as any we’ve seen.
Part of the Jomox T-Resonator‘s appeal stems from the network of squiggly lines between its control knobs, presumably designating signal paths. But of course the effects themselves are what’s truly important, as well as the ease and precision with which they can be controlled.
The demonstration video to the right shows that the Jomox T-Resonator is capable of churning out some interesting sounds using delay, filters, resonators and eight algorithms and other elements (it’s used in the video with a Moog Music Little Fatty Stage II synthesizer).
Jomox’s product page for the T-Resonator includes the specifications, 11 MP3s demonstrating its use with various instruments and manuals in German and English. The T-Resonator recently went on the market for $400.
